Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Mifepristone can cause abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and bleeding
First of all the abortion kit containing Mifepristone and Misoprostol should not be taken without consulting a gynecologist because of the risk of severe bleeding, infection, or incomplete abortion.
Before using the kit, an ultrasound scan should be done to
1. To confirm the duration of pregnancy (it should be less than 7 weeks duration).
2. To confirm its location ( it should be within the uterus NOT tubal or ectopic)..Otherwise risk of internal and external bleeding will be very high.

Then the gynecologist will prescribe you the medications which should be taken as follows:
One tablet of Mifepristone to be taken orally at once, after 24 hrs two tablets of Misoprostol are taken at once and after 24 hrs remaining two tablets of Misoprostol are to be taken.

Since you have taken only two tablets, you should take remaining two tablets after 24 hours.

Bleeding usually occurs between 5-7 days and may last for one week or more.
Then after 14 days you have to visit your doctor to confirm the complete abortion by doing an ultrasound scan

Hope this answers your query.
