What Are The Side Effects Of Mirena IUD?

I got the marenia idu birth control and have been bleeding since (5 weeks ago) today I noticed some strange discharge at first it looked kind of baby pink color then the next time more purpleish. Its not clear its light purple. It kind of reminded me of flarp that little kids play with. Is this a bad thing????

It might not necessarily be bad, but what I am more concerned about here is the fact that you have been bleeding from the past 5 weeks which can easily result in complications like anemia. Please visit your prescribing doctor for further management.
