Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. Your symptoms are related to the withdrawal effects of the IUD as it is hormone based. The subsequent hormone disturbances take some time to get stabilized and then, your cycles should get back on track. Pregnancy is not the likely cause as evidenced by several negative tests. You can clarify through a trans-vaginal sonogram and plan further management. Hope this helps.
