Olmezest Beta 25 contains olmesartan medoxomil and metoprolol succinate which is used to
high blood pressure. By lowering blood pressure, it helps in preventing future
heart attack and stroke. Its side effects are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, GIT upset, diarrhoea, taste change, headache, weakness, dizziness, cold extremities,
constipation, slow heart rate,
hyperkalemia, decreased blood pressure, numbness of extremity, chest pain, fatigue, cough,vertigo, bronchitis etc.
Atrova contains
atorvastatin which belongs to the group of drugs known as statins is used to help lower bad cholesterol and fats like LDL, triglycerides and raise good cholesterol like HDL in the blood. Side effects of Atrova are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, joint pain, insomnia, UTI, runny or stuffy nose, anorexia, stomach pain, GIT upset, muscle pain, headache, fainting, breathing difficulties, fatigue, limbs pain, allergic reactions etc.
Alzolam 0.25 contains alprazolam which belongs to the class of medication known as benzodiazepines is used to treat anxiety disorders and panic disorder (sudden, unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry about these attacks). Side effects of drowsiness, dizziness, headache,
blurred vision, loss of memory, loss of concentration, sleep problems,
muscle weakness, lack of coordination, tiredness, slurred speech, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, GIT upset, increased sweating, dry mouth, stuffy nose, loss of libido, weight loss or gain, increased or decreased appetite, allergic reactions etc.
In case of any type of side effects of these medications, the prescribing physician should be informed for taking effective measures against those side effects.
