Hi,

Your doctor has prescribed Akurit-4 for the treatment of tuberculosis of lymph nodes. Pyrazinamide is an important component of Akurit-4 tablet. Generally it is well tolerated by most of our patients however it may cause dyspepsia, increased blood uric acid levels, and liver dysfunction.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
