I don't know what is solo650 but I think you meant dolo650.
Dolo 650 is a very commonly used drug called paracetamol (acetaminophen) .It is used to reduce temperature in fever and also it can relieve body pain. It is usually given three or four times daily for 3-5 days. Prolonged usage can cause kidney failure. Over dosage can lead to death.
