What Are The Side Effects Of Succinylcholine?

I m a mystery author and my bad guy uses succinylcholine as an eardrop to off his target. Is this even possible? Is this drug effective as an eardrop, ineffective, dangerous, etc. This is research for a novel entitled The Conscience of the King and so I m emulating the method used in Shakespeare s Hamlet.

Succinylcholine is a muscle relaxant used as an anesthetic agents mainly during inserting a tube in wind pipe to relax it.
It causes all the muscle to relax.
So breathing will be difficult but the person will be awake means no sedation.
It's more effective when injected than ear drops.
It works within seconds and paralyzed all the body muscles.
It is used as killing agent called Cocktail, combination of three drugs.
First given sedative than Succinylcholine to paralyzed and last potassium chloride which stops the heart.
