What Are The Side Effects Of Tylenol PM?

Hi, I just took a generic version of Tylenol PM, and have been for the last few days. I think I'm having an allergic reaction because my throat is starting to swell making it hard to breathe/swallow. What should I do, try to throw up?? or what.. please help
