What Are The Side Effects Of Zevit And Glimisave?

i am diabetic since last 20 years.my doctor has suggested me to take 1 tab of glimisave m1 in morningafter brekfast&1tab ofglimisave m1forteafter dinner.my blood suger fasting is rangeing110to120&pp is160to180after taking these medicines.i am taking these medi since last 4 months.along these tab i am taking neksum-40,ecosprin-75,zevit in morning.glimisave m1 i am taking in morning&glimisave m1fote+zosta10 taking after dinner.now pl let me know is it right combination,2-what r side effects of these medisons.2-how long i should continue these medicines.

Morning dosage Glimisave m ( glimiperide+metformin)+necsium 40 ( esomeprazole)+ecosprine+zevit ( zinc).
Now note down these things Avoid concurrent use with anticoagulant i.e. ecospirn .Ecosprin also increases the mean auction of glimepiride ( as this is risky in a diabetic patient )
In my opinion this is not a rational combination.
Evening dosage :
Glimisave-M +zosta ( simvastatin) , this is a right combination , you can use safely.
As for how long , you can use?
All depend on the severity of disease and symptoms , you are having .
In my opinion consult your treating doctor and get his opinion regarding right combination of drugs.
