General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for possible drug interactions between Zyrtec and Lexapro.

The common side effects of Zyrtec include: Dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth, constipation or increased heartbeats.

Using Zyrtec together with Lexapro may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating.
It may also cause impaired thinking and judgment.
Your husband should avoid activities requiring mental alertness such as driving or operating hazardous machinery if any.

Hope to have answered your query.
Regards/
