till 1 month ago i masturbated and then was going to bed and this thought dropped in my head of what happen the next day when my friend pushed me and i ended up with my back touch my english teacher bum who is gay. so i was getting scared as i thought this was a virus or disease and i would end up like him and i started to worry. I woke up the next and my body did not feel the same and i did not feel the way i used to even till now so please could you help me.

You can use oil or jelly as a lubricant.
Some couple feel very healthy and some find guilty or anxiety.
There is some risk noted of anal cancers with anal sex.
Some sexually transmitted diseases are also spread like HIV, Hepatitis B, Gonorrhea etc.
So risks are there and anal sex is somewhat controversial issue.
