Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello Im using burpropion to quit smoking, Ive been on the pill for about 2 weeks. I also have a vapor cig with no nicotine. Just to help with the early morning smoke. Since my doctor told me to take the pill in the morning. Since I work nights as a rule, and the side effects suck with the pills are in the peak hours. Can I take the pill at night when I get home instead? I know some things I have the reverse affect with certain pills, as in I get hyper when I take a shot of nyquil at night I;ll be up for hours.
Hello, Welcome to healthcaremagic.com And thanks for sharing your concern with us. Bupropion should be taken everyday at same time and should be avoided before bed as can cause sleeping problems . So you can adjust according to your working schedules , Just remember to take the dosage as prescribed and at same times everyday. You can further discuss with your psychiatrist . Best Regards, DR.S.TOMAR
