how ru ,pls can i ask u about the problem i have irregular cycle because of polycystic ovary so i did hormonal test the prolactin was high,soi took dostinex & also primolut_n &then switch to duphaston but i was having bleeding so i made a pregnancy test&scan *i was pregnant in my 6 weeks now ,im so afraid for the side effects of these drugs that i took without my knowledge ,&if there is any risk of anomaly wt do u think the exact time useful for the detection of any anomaly

Hi. Since you were having abnormal cycle due to PCOS so you were continuing your medicine. Regarding primolut does not matter as it is a progesterone and dostinex (caber goline) is for hyperprolactinemia. Some reports say , it may cause congenital abnormalities and some say no extra risk. You should continue your pregnancy with Duphaston and other supportive medicine for maintainence of pregnancy. You can get double marker test from 9-11 weeks and Level 1 scan which will show Nuchal fold thickness for earliest anomaly looking.
