Hi

Envas is an antihypertensive drug and Liofen is a muscle relaxant. Both the drugs can cause fatigue, dizziness and weakness as a common side effect.

Liofen causes more fatigue and drowsiness than the anti hypertensive drug. She needs to be clinically examined and the possibility of alternate medication to liofen should be discussed with the physician in order to reduce the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
