Hi, I'm a 17 year old guy and I masturbate alot. I have deveolped a pot belly, some people say that it is because of the frequent masturbation. if this is true then can I get rid of pot belly if i reduced masturbation and if not then what should i do to get rid of big belly?

masturbation is normal phenomena does not cause any harm to the body.
it is harmless and having no relation with big belly.
you should do some exercise and gyming to reduce it.
