What Are The Side Effects Of Having Alli Capsules ?
I ve been taking these pills called Alli.I m 19, 5 8 and have lost half a stone so I m now 13 st 3 lbs. It says on the box that you cant use them if you go under 13 st 2 lbs, but I ve never managed to lose weight this effectively before in my life and my confidence is going up, and my weight is going down and quickly. What are the risks involved in continuing with these pills? Other than my not affording to do anything ever. Also I have had bullimia in the past, these pills are offering me a safe alternative to weight loss , but I m just trying to figure out if I d be any better off on them than the old routine. Of course these things never like to let you know what the downsides are.

ya ,you can not take it once you are below 13 as there is risk of damage to body due to under-nutrition.
do prepare your diet plan and stick to it
do exercise regularly
i dont advise to take it more
