What Are The Side Effects Of Implanon Implant?

i have put on about a stone in weight since i had the implanon implant in and i have been trying to lose weight for months i have even joined a gym and i have never worked out so much before to try and lose weight and not lost any thing. so my question is does the implant stop me from loseing weight.
