hello , i am rahul from india i am 22 years of age virgin and i have been masturbating daily (sometimes twice a day)since last 8 years or so , but recently since last month or so i have found that i am getting soft erections and not getting hard on also after masturbating i get headaches and sometimes my ears start buzzing . I want to know that if i control masturbating now will i get better erections or there is no solution now
