What Are The Side Effects Of Masturbation?

Hi, i was being masturbating for 10 years to till date sorry last week. For past 3 days my penis is not erecting or growing while seeing any porn movies too. After giving some massage only it rise up. I am afraid to consult with local doctors and i am shy to discuss with friends. And some pain at there.

You should decrease the frequency of masturbation
Also the threshold of stimukation might have increased thats why no erection easily
Dnt get indulge into the psychological part of same orherwise that prblm may potentiate....cntact physician if prblm persiist for proper check up
