What Are The Side Effects Of Over Masturbation?

i am 29 yr old.i started masturbation at the age of 10.and i used to do it 3 or four times a day.at the age of 18,i completely lost erection,and size.now i have pain in back,penis is less htan 3 inches,no erection at all.i have semen report which shows that only 10 perecent are alive cells and 90 percent are dead.i am very nervous,plz tell me the treatment.

Masturabationis normal and natural phenamena self stimulation of own genital completely harmless. N no side effects. But excessive to be avoided it cause tiredness and back ache. So dont worry. Hope my suggestions helpful and thankful to you. Take care.
