What Are The Side Effects Of Peritol,decdan And Dexorange?

I HV a gastric problem,and my digesting system is not good,my weight is also very low.so, with help of doctor advice, I started to take peritol to increase my appetite,to help in digesting food I take decdan and dexorange daily twice after breakfast and after dinner.after taking one month my gastric prblem recovered,I bcm also fat.so, there is any side effect if I continue these medicine

Hello Dear. Peritol is given to improve your appetite. Obviously your appetite might have improved and you might have gained weight. Decadan contains steroid. So i feel that is also a potential cause of weight gain if taken on a long term basis. Hence always better to stop it slowly. Dexorange contains iron and vitamins. You can take it without any problem, but do not take on an empty stomach. It may cause bloating of abdomen.
