What Are The Side Effects Of Prolonged Use Pf Xanax ?
Yes I have huge anxiety and panic attacks and am prescribed xanax at the moment but my doctor does not want to letup prescribing this to me for much longer tho it greatly hells with my situation. Where as other needs I ve tried just do not work. Is there a way to get a prescription online from a doctor if he or she feels this will work for me?

Regular exercises and yoga

Anxiety and panick attacks can not be cured with medication alone. You need to identify the root cause of the anxiety and get rid of it. Over and above it is dangerous to consume anxiety drugs for a long time. Take the help of any available psychotherapist in your vicinity or contact me.
