Hi
The Regestrone tablet contains Norethindrone acetate and this is in combination with estrogen like hormones will help inducing period. This is a medicine that is used to regulate periods. You need to ask the doctor about this.
This medication can cause weight gain, changes in appetite, stomach upset, diarrhea, gas, trouble sleeping, decreased sexual ability/desire, or fever.Seek immediate medical attention if any of these rare but very serious side effects occur. Its better to consult a gynaecologist to know the cause of irregular periods
