What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Muscletech Mass Gainer?
i am 26 years old and going to gym for build a personality, i am 65 kg now i had taken muscletech mass gainer for gaining mass, is it safe to consume it ,is there any side effect, on kidney or liver, which product is good and dont have serious side effect, please advise

I advise you to see on the carton of the muscletech mass gainer for the nutrition information. Also side effects would have been mentioned. A good healthy diet with protein intake will be enough. Artificial supplements may not help much. This is my opinion. If any brand has been suggested by your trainer, just go through the product in the internet which may help you to understand about the product.
