Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for the safety of the medicine Saaz.
Incomplete data like gender, any history of other medical problem, etc.

From the history given, you seem to be suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.
Saaz (Sulfasalazine) is a disease modifying anti rheumatic drug (DMARD) commonly used in the treatment rheumatoid arthritis.

The most common side effects are allergic reactions (sulfur content), nausea and abdominal discomfort, headache, megaloblastic anemia, which often occur in up to a third of patients early in the course of treatment.
Burning or skin damage from sunlight (phototoxicity) can also be a problem which can be prevented by using sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher) when outdoors and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Some people will develop orange colored urine and even orange skin which is harmless and totally reversible upon discontinuing the drug.

Serious side effects such as mouth or stomach ulcers, liver function abnormalities or kidney problems are actually less common.

If you are female;
Saaz belongs to to FDA pregnancy category B.
This means that it is safe during pregnancy and is not expected to cause any harm to the fetus (unborn baby) however, it should not be taken while breastfeeding as it increases the risk for a type of jaundice in the newborn (kernicterus) that can cause brain problems in infants younger than two years old.

Hope this answers your query.
