What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Xarelto With Sertraline?
I have been on warfarin for a number of years due to blood clots in my left leg and lungs. I also have Afib. I have now been changed to Xarelto and it seems to be interacting with my sertraline as I have been having vaginal bleeding

There are no interactions between Xarelto and Sertraline, so I would not suspect this is due to the combination of these medications.
Xarelto can make menstruation heavier, but if there is abnormal vaginal bleeding (other than bleeding during a period), then this would need to be investigated as Xarelto would not normally cause this.

Sertraline reacts least with other drugs among this class. However irrespective of whatever is the cause if you are on xarelto and have bleed , urgently go to ER or inform your doctor.
