What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Medication For Nerve Irritation In The Hand?

A treatment of IONTOPHORESIS WITH DEXAMETHASONE has been recommended for nerve irritation in my left hand (fingers thru carpel tunnel). I want to be sure there is no drug interaction with drugs I am currently taking, which are: Escitalopram tabs 10mg, Evista 60mg, Centram Silver for Women, Clariton, Chelated Magnesium, Potassium 99mg, Citracal + D3, Acetamenaphin, Vitamine D3 l000IU, Fiber Tabs (Calcium Polycarbophil) 625mg, Turmeric Supreme;, Miralax Stool Softner, Metamucil, Prilosec, and caffeine tablet.
