What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Two Pills Of Ibuprofen 800 Mg For Cramps?

Ok hi I'm a 17 year old girl I'll be 18 this year. I was having really bad cramps so I took an ibuprofen pill in school just one it didn't even work for 10 minutes so I was stuck with the pain. So I came home and took two pills ibuprofen and I then realized they were 800mg each I don't know what to do I don't want to die or get liver damage???? What's going to happen to me?

Ibuprofen can be taken to a maximum dose of 2400mg per day, so it means you took maximum dose. If this dose is exceeded then there are chances of effects on liver, kidney. And you are young and have healthy liver and kidneys, therefore you do not need to worry.
However it can cause damage to your stomach so just to be on safe side, i mean to prevent gastric ulcer you better take a mucosal protectant i.e one or two tablets omeprazole or esomeprazole in 40mg strength. That will protect your stomach from getting ulcer.
The rest, you don't need to worry.
