Hi,

Mensovit is a medication used to induce menstrual periods. It contains the active ingredient Misoprostol, which is a synthetic prostaglandin that can stimulate the uterus to contract and shed its lining, resulting in a menstrual period.
* The use of Mensovit can have some side effects, including:
* Abdominal cramps: Misoprostol can cause cramps in the abdomen, which can be severe in some cases.
* Nausea and vomiting: Some people may experience nausea and vomiting after taking Mensovit.
* Diarrhea: Misoprostol can cause diarrhea in some people.
* Headache: Headaches are a common side effect of Mensovit.
* Heavy bleeding: Some people may experience heavier bleeding than usual during their menstrual period after taking Mensovit.
* Allergic reaction: In rare cases, Mensovit can cause an allergic reaction, which may include rash, hives, itching, swelling of the face or throat, or difficulty breathing.

It is important to note that Mensovit should not be used if you are pregnant, as it can cause miscarriage or harm to the developing fetus. If you have confirmed pregnancy, you should consult with your doctor before taking any medication, including Mensovit. A negative pregnancy test does not necessarily rule out pregnancy, as it may be too early to detect.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
