Hi,

Climax spray or gel may cause some side effects like a local allergy, itchy skin rash, erythema or skin redness. Stinging sensation on the skin, local hives, local skin inflammation or a severe type of allergic reaction called as angio-edema where there is broncho constriction, difficulty in breathing, hypoxia and may be death.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
