What Are The Side Effects Of Using Contraceptive Pills?
I am currently on a type of contraception pill and i have been having side effects. I have recently googled them and there have been many girls that have had bad side effects like myself. I have got a very sore and sensitive labia area and when it is at its most tender,i have a burning sensation. I think i may have a yeast infection but are there any home remedies or anything natural i could take as i dont want to take anything thats full of chemicals
Hi Welcome to health care magic for the query. Since you did not mention the name of oral contraceptive , so it is very difficult to say that tenderness in the labia area is due to side effects or due to any other infection like yeast as you yourself mentioned . Without physical examination it is very difficult to advise any home remedy . However in few cases who uses oral contraceptive some time side effects may be there due to thromboembolic phenomena . Bur it all depend on quantity ( concentration ) of estrogen in oral pills. So without any hesitation consult a gynaecologist and get his opinion regarding tenderness and burning sensation. Hope this information will be useful for you. Further any question I will reply happily. Good luck.
