i have pain in my left hip area i have consulted an orthopedician nd in xray found a swelling in my hip joint his medicine is effective for a few hours but i have been taking medicine for 10 days and the pain increases in i cough sneeze orlaugh loud...plzz help

Whats your age? Have you done any blood test only x-ray is not sufficient to make a diagnosis of hip pain without injury. Get these investigations done. HGM with ESR, CRP, montoux test, TB gold, Anti-CCP, MRI hip with contrast and then review.
