Hello Sir , my son is 8 years old and now he feels urinary symptoms such as burning in micturition, fever with chills and increased frequency of urination, innumerable pus cells and few epithelial also red blood cell 20-25/hpf in urine microscopic examination. so guide me what is the reason and what are the best treatment and medication for that.

Hello,

The symptoms of your son seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

I also suggest using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.
