What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Hiatal Hernia?

Hi, I am burping a lot of acid up and some food. I went to the GI 4 months ago and I had a hiatal hernia. I have also felt nauseous for at least 4 days and tired. I have had difficulty sleeping due to anxiety it seems. Do you think it is the hernia causing these symptoms?

Hiatal hernias can cause acid reflux and regurgitation.
Meds such as h2 blockers and pip's can help along with an antireflux low fat diet , smaller meals and sleeping with your head of the bed elevated.
Try to avoid NSAID drugs like motrin allege etc.
