What Are The Symptoms Of IBS?

Hi, for some time now I ve been having serious stomach aches, bloating , gas etc after eating bread,pasta things like that. I done the thing we all do diagnose yourself ,at the beginning I thought I had ibs, know a few people with it so knew a tiny abit about but know I m thinking I have a wheat allergy.

Hi. You have some of the principal features or signs of IBS, I mean abdominal pain (you say stomach ache) and bloating. I d'like to know more about your toilet habits: normal, constipation, diarrhea or an alternation of these last two is prevalent and for more than three months. Than we have wheat allergy, wheat intolerance and the celiac disease related with wheat consumption. To really saying we can't make a diagnosis based in only symptoms, but what I'd recommend would be an exclusion diet (not to take the foods cause you problems) for a while just to see what would be with your symptoms.
