I TAKE A MILK OF MAGNESIA TABLET DAILY FOR MY BOWELS. NOW I AM HAVING MUSCLE QUIVERING IN MY ABDOMINAL AREA AND I WONDER IF MY USE OF THIS MEDICATION COULD BE CONTRIBUTING TO THIS BY RAISING MY MAGNESIUM LEVEL TOO HIGH. WHAT ARE THE SIGNS OF TOO HIGH MAGNESIUM IN THE BLOOD?

Too much of Magnesium is also not good. need not take milk of magnesia. Change periodically to other purgatives.
