What Are The Symptoms Of Hyperthyroidism?

Hello,
I beleive I have hyperthyroidism, I have had a goitre with nodule. The lab tests come back normal even though I have a tremor, heat intolerence (sweating and feeling faint) hunger, low blood sugar, anxiety and heart palpitations, loss of sex drive and tiredness. What else could this be? please help

Dear user, try changing the lab. test Free T3 and Free T4. if still the problem persists it can be cardiac or panic attacks. Regards!
