What Are The Symptoms Of Mild Concussion?

i was hit the other day while playing hockey.. right after the hit i felt dizzy for 30 seconds. I know alot of the minor concussion symptoms are vomiting and nausea but i dont have any of those symptoms. All i have is a slight headache that is on and off.
Do I have anything I should be worrying about?

Avoid hockey for now until you feel back to 100% without a headache.

Otherwise, most symptoms improve over a few days to weeks, and you should be fine.
