im an 18 year old girl with a history of have one brain bleed in my frontal left lobe. and 2 major seziures last year. i came to visit my sister in lubbock and i live in dallas. anyways today my right side of my head hurt really bad and i dont know whats wrong i am afraid its a tumor. only the right side hurts down to my neck which is veryyy unusual. and earlier my head was alittle tingly but it ended quickly. also when i got back to my sisters apartment i started to feel like i was floating when i walked. PLEASE HELP ME!...
oh and when i tryed to sleep i kept seeing white dots when i shut my eyes.
It's true that a brain tumor can cause headache, but then there is an endless list of other causes for headaches, no reason to think about a tumor right away. If anything brain tumor is the least likely cause, because it's an intense headache which has started only today, a brain tumor grows slowly and the pain would have grown in intensity only during the course of weeks. It's also usually accompanied by vomiting and other signs. I would take some paracetamol or ibuprofen and try not to panic about it, if the pain persist of course you should get checked, but again, there's a myriad of causes, most harmless and brain tumor not likely at all.
