What Are The Symptoms Of Yeast Infection?

Hello,
my boyfriend and I had unprotacted sex on the 7th day of my period, i have been experiancing yellow discharge and I feel pressure on my vagina(like im going to pee) almost every 20 minutes. I have did some research and it's said to be a yeast infection, but i would like confirmation from a doctor. please and thanks

Yellow discharge with urinary frequency and urgency suggests a uRinary tract infection (UTI). It is not unusual for women to develop UTI after an act of sexual intercourse. The yellow discharge is likely to be coming from the urethra.

If you are sure that the discharge is from the vagina, then this indeed is an STI - but, more likely bacterial (gonococcal) - rather than fungal.

I suggest that you get a urine c/s and c/s of the discharge done.
