Hello
1 There was
oral sex ; Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission of
HIV infection because saliva contains endogenous
antiviral factors , among these factors , HIV-SPECIFIC
immunoglobulins IgA ,
IgG & IgM isotypes are detected readily in salivary secretions of infected individuals ( even if your partner was an HIV infected , oral sex can't transmit HIV infection to you by this mode ).
2 Brushing of penis with his anus was another point to concern . You mentioned that your penis was erected , so no chance of any entry into his anus , only rubbing was there , that too in upright position .
Contract of HIV infection depend on many factors as on advanced-stage disease , presence of more virulent strains of virus, antiretroviral treatment .
There is a point that anal intercourse provide at least two modalities of infection .1 Trauma due to direct entry ( here you are again safe , because there was no entry in anus.
2 Infection of susceptible target cells direct into mucosa membrane without any trauma ,but in this entry also require in anus , that was not in your case ., so no chance of getting infection.
I don't recommend any test for HIV infection .
But you are so scared so I advise you please get in P 24 rapid nucleic acid amplification test ( pcr ,
rna) .
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of primary infection.
Hope this will help you.
