What Are The Treatments For Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Fever?

severe lower abdominal pain, just below the naval and inch or two to my left side, along with constipation...Had same few months ago, light fever, right at 100, not bad if I sit and remain very still, but if moving, will almost bring to knees...has been constant for 15 hours

But please take Lactulose syrup every eight hours for constipation and get a stool analysis to exclude infection.
