What Are The Treatments For Cold And Dysentery Of A 10 Month Old Baby?

My baby boy is 10 months old for last 8/9 dys he is suffering from cold dysentery, we consult our family doc & he has given antibiotics Zemax syrup, which we given our baby for 5dys & plus 3 dys passed already but no significant development. What we should do?

please just keep child hydrated with ORS/ pedialyte and feed soup bread and milk
he does not need any medication
