What Are The Treatments For Congestion, Cough, Vomiting, Cold Sweats And Fever For A 16 Month Baby?

My name is Erica and I'm contacting you in regards to my son. He is sixteen months old and had been experiencing congestion, cough, vomiting and low grade fevers for the past three days. Today he hasn't had a fever but he is currently experiencing cold sweats. What could he have and what actions should I take?
