What Are The Treatments For Hair Loss And Thin Hair?

I am 47 yrs old & I do not have any bald patches but in the past six months my hair is constantly falling out.I have noticed it to be a lot thinner. I notice it most when I was it or when I brush it,every time I take off my shirt it has hair all over it.

Hi,

I can understand your concern for hair loss and thin hair. Hair fall can be due to any long term illness or any emotional or stressful event and due to nutritional deficiency or hormonal influence.

I can make out that you are 47 years so can have have basically nutritional deficiency and aging causing the hair fall.

If I were your dermatologist then would have prescribed you tablet containing Acetylcysteine, Calcium Pantothenate, Selenium, Zinc, Biotin, Copper as active ingredients. You can take these vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other vitamin B complexes.

Take care.
