What Are The Treatments For Recurring Stomach Pain And Nausea Of A 9 Year Old Child?

Hi, my son who is 9yrs old has been complaining of a tummy ache which comes on and off for 3days now.
Appetite has been ok for last 3 days.
Stools - 3 to 4 times a day instead on once.
No vomiting as yet but feeling nausea since past 6 hours hence no food.
No fever but seems tired and sleepy.
He says tummy hurting non stop now.
Should I give him Flagyl?

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Tummy ache at this age may be Amoebic colitis, Worm infestation.Indigestion or urinary tract infection.
Flagyl can be given for amoebic colitis.
You may also give deworming agent, a digestive syrup and get the urine examined for urinary tract infection.
You some times give Cyclopam tabs for temporary relief of pain.
