What Are The Treatments For Severe Back Pain, Bloating And Constipation?

My husband is having severe lower back pain radiating into is abdomen. He is very clammy ad sweaty, and nauseated. He feels very bloated, painfully so, yet can't have a bowel movement. As much water as he's had he should be peeing a lot, but can barely go.

This is very classic presentation of urinary stone. He is required to go through ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis. He should drink lots of water so that stone get pushed down. Remember some time it can be very painful and may need injection of pain killer.
