General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Combination of nausea, diarrhea, vomiting and pain in abdomen is suggestive of an intestinal infection.

The changed bacterial flora can cause the problems in oral cavity and oral thrush also along with pain as you are experiencing. Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor as soon as possible.
Send the stool and blood sample.
Get an appropriate symptomatic treatment for nausea and vomiting in the form of a PPI like Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
Specific treatment like an Antibiotic active against intestinal infection, Metronidazole and probiotics.

All these things will help for symptomatic improvement and have specific curative management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
