What Are The Treatments For Swollen Red Gums And Sore Lip Of A 2 Year Old Child?

My 2 year old has swollen red gums and a sore on his lip i gave him tylenol and rubbed oraljel in his mouth im worried. What can i do ???? I have some mouthwSh that fights gingivitus should i stick his tootbrush in it and rub his teeth and mouth with it??? Please help me they are also bleeding

Thanks for the question. Well he has gingivitis and bleeding so please do not rub on it with hard toothbrush. Kindly start regular mouthwash with betadine. Also start a multivitamin with good vitamin c. Please show it to dentist once to see if any underlying pus or tooth infection.
