hi i have had diarrea for 9 days now and don't feel ill but i have had accidents in my clothes alot as a rule i don't have regular bowel movements should i worry starting to think i'm getting dehydrated but been drinking water more and my mouth feels very dry most times now what should i do

From history it seems that you might be having gastro-intestinal infection.
Take Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination tablet for 3 days.
Take plenty of water, electrolytes and lemon water juice.
Take light diet like curd, rice and butter milk.
Ok and take care.
